The Dairyland Baseball League held its 50th annual meeting on March 12th at Antlers in Bonduel. The league formed in 1959, will celebrate its 50th anniversary with the 2008 season. The League charter member teams included Bonduel, Black Creek, Hofa Park, Landstad, Navarino and Nichols. Over the years teams from Garso, Seymour, Oneida, Shiocton, Kaukauna, Bear Creek, Oconto Falls, Greenville, Ashwaubenon, and Little Chute participated with as many as 12 and as few as 6 teams in any one season.

The League currently has 9 teams in Two Divisions with Bonduel, Cecil, Hofa Park, Shawano, and Pulaski in the North Division and Freedom, Hortonville, Navarino and Nichols in the South.

The League will begin play on May 11th, 2008 and conclude with a Grand Championship game on August 24th, 2008.
